Technical Training: The Mitel 3000 Release 6.0 self-study technical certification courses are provided in .PDF file format available on this web site

There are three Mitel 3000 technical training courses; Basic, T1 and IP. The Mitel 3000 Basic Technical Training course is a prerequisite to the T1 and IP courses.

• The Basic Technical Training course covers the Mitel 3000 communications system installation and operation.  You must complete this course and pass the certification exam to receive Technical Support on basic Mitel 3000 related issues.
  
• The T1 Technical Training course covers the Mitel 3000 T1 Module installation and operation. You must complete this course and pass the certification exam to receive Technical Support on T1/PRI related issues.
• The IP Technical Training course covers the Mitel 3000 Broadband Module (BBM) installation and operation. You must complete this course and pass the certification exam to receive Technical Support on IP related issues.
